Add or change a beach

Open the private Manage alerts link sent when you subscribed. You can add multiple beaches, give each beach its own 5, 10, 25, or 50 mile radius, remove an individual beach, pause every alert, or stop all texts.

Didn’t receive a confirmation?

  • Confirm the number is a U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
  • Check whether your carrier or device filters messages from unfamiliar senders.
  • If you previously opted out, enroll again to request messages.
  • Email support@sharkalert.app with the beach you selected. Do not email sensitive information.

Unexpected message?

Reply STOP immediately. Then email us so we can investigate an unauthorized or recycled-number enrollment.
